Between Thursday, February 22 and Friday, February 25, one of the best events in Miami for lovers of world-class gastronomy will take place. This is the South Beach Wine and Food Festival (SOBEWFF), which in four days will bring together some of the most renowned chefs in the city and the world, in a program that, in addition to dinners and meetings around food, offers unmissable entertainment plans for attendees.

According to the information shared by the organization, this is the twenty-third edition of this festival that includes about 105 activities, with the participation of the stars of Food Network, a renowned television channel dedicated to gastronomy; artists, personalities and up to 500 chefs and wine and spirits producers, who will make this an unforgettable celebration for those who are in Miami and South Florida for those days.

Events in Miami such as SOBEWFF become another attraction when choosing South Florida to live or travel and enjoy one of the cities with the best quality of life in the world.

Why is it one of the best events in Miami in 2024?

According to Lee Brian Schrager, founder and director of the Festival, this “is as much a showcase of good food and drink as it is a celebration of the spirit of Miami. The magical surroundings of the city are one of the secrets of the Festival’s success, as is the incredible local, national and international talent that attracts fans year after year. It is gratifying to see the Festival that began on the FIU campus as an international stage that benefits the school by nurturing the great hospitality leaders of the future.”

The 2023 edition of SOBEWFF was attended by nearly 65,000 people, and this year it is expected that there will be a fairly similar attendance, given the attractions of the event on this occasion.

The organization claims that it is one of the best events in Miami of the year because of “the Festival’s two iconic outdoor tasting tents – American Airlines North Venue and Goya Foods’ Grand Tasting Village – returning to the sublime stretch of sand of South Beach for two days and four nights with the country’s most talented chefs and lifestyle personalities, all supported by more than 1,500 student volunteers from Florida International University.”
