South Florida, like many other cities in the United States, does not escape migratory dynamics, such as displacement for work reasons. Many families move cities before, during, or after the start of the school year. Usually, families make changes according to the school calendar.
While it is true that public schools are organized to receive children living in the same designated radius, circuit or corresponding district. Within these schools, the class may be made up each year by different classmates. That rigid continuity as is customary in our Latin countries is not the same in the United States. The education system offers excellent opportunities for those who learn to give their best, know how to follow instructions and meet the required goals. Extracurricular activities
The children have other meeting spaces beyond the classroom, usually attending tournaments organized by the city: soccer, basketball, baseball, among others. They are seasonal leagues, which last between 3 and 4 months at most, but create a space for children and adults to share with each other and integrate into society.
Likewise, there are dozens of schools dedicated to different activities: arts, sports, technology and recreational that are the propitious space to keep our children occupied.
The Library is undoubtedly a great space to occupy the little ones in educational and recreational activities. Belonging to a public school, each student can access the library and borrow books, CDs, DVDs for consumption and enjoyment at home.
