Coming to the heart of Brickell in the city of Miami, Mercedes-Benz Places, the first condominium project of the German automaker Mercedes-Benz in North America.

A 67-story mixed-use tower, at 191 Southwest 12th Street, that will adopt the aesthetics of the German brand throughout the building. The cube-shaped structure will incorporate the company’s “sensual purity” design philosophy with flowing lines and lots of shimmering silver hues.

Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami

JDS Development Group is launching the Brickell tower for sale, which is currently under construction and expected to be delivered by 2027.

This launch comes on the heels of Mercedes-Benz debuting its first residential real estate project, Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai. The luxury automaker launched the 65-story tower at a cost of $1 billion in January, with Emirati developer Binghatti.

Michael Stern, founder and CEO of JDS Development Group, in a press release, said Mercedes-Benz in Miami will create a legacy not only for Brickell but for Florida as a whole.

This new development intertwines mobility solutions with unparalleled standards of innovative living to create a visionary community of luxurious condominium residences, office and wellness spaces, a world-class hotel, and a newly constructed park by Field Operations.

The project, which is an opportunity to make an investment in luxury properties in Miami, establishes a unique and future-oriented experience that welcomes you to the distinctive urban oasis that combines sophistication, convenience and sustainable living in an extraordinary location.

Mercedes Benz- Places, is developed by JDS Development Group. The Mercedes-Benz design team has collaborated with award-winning architects at SHoP in collaboration with ODP, features interiors by Woods Bagot, and landscaping by Field Operations.

Serhant will lead sales and marketing for the project’s 791 units, with floor plans ranging from studios to three-bedroom condos, with prices starting at $500,000.

Aside from the condos, the tower is part of Stern’s 1 Southside Park, which will also have a 174-room Treehouse hotel, 200,000 square feet of office space, retail space, fitness centers, and 130,000 square feet of amenities.

What to expect from the new development in Miami?

As for the overall aspect, Eva Wiese, Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz Customer Solutions GmbH, announced that the intention is to develop exclusive residences that are undeniably Mercedes-Benz in a place worth living in.

The project incorporates state-of-the-art mobility solutions, including electric vehicle charging stations, resident valet parking, and bike-sharing programs.

The lobby will sport the Mercedes-Benz three-pointed star logo and the apartments will feature glass walls that open onto curved corner balconies to offer panoramic views of Miami, Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean from each unit.
