The 67-story mixed-use tower, at 191 Southwest 12th Street, according to a news release. It comes on the heels of Mercedes-Benz debuting its first residential real estate project, Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai. The luxury automaker launched the 65-story, $1 billion tower in January with Emirati developer Binghatti.

In terms of the overall look, the Mercedes-Benz aesthetic will be integrated throughout the building. The cube-shaped structure will embody the company’s “sensual purity” design philosophy and embrace flowing lines and lots of shiny silver hues.

In addition to the condos, the tower is part of Stern’s 1 Southside Park, which will also have a 174-room Treehouse hotel, 200,000 square feet of office space, retail space, fitness centers, and 130,000 square feet of amenities.

The project will also feature electric vehicle charging stations, valet parking for residents, and bike share programs. And it will also have the largest green space in Brickell.
