Does Avanti Management pay mortgages?
We do not pay mortgages as this is the responsibility of the owner. If we can deposit the rental funds in the account where they collect the mortgage.
Does Avanti Management do property inspections?
Inspections are done frequently and before presenting the option of renewal of the rental contract.
Are water and electricity services run by the owner?
At the time the property is rented, these services are borne by the tenant.
How long does it take to make an eviction?
Evictions usually take between 45 and 60 days. This depends a lot on the cases the court is proposing.
What expenses can I deduct in the annual tax return?
